  • Cover General uses a Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) to systematically identify access and manage risks to employees, contractors, the environment And the communities in which we operate. The goal is to anticipate, prevent and mitigate harm to health, safety and the environment.

Preparedness

  • Cover General will ensure that an emergency response capability is in place for all of its operations and is periodically tested. In the event of an incident, Cover will respond promptly in a manner that protects the health and safety
  • Of its employees, contractors and the public, and that minimize the incident’s impact on the environment.

Continual Improvement

  • Cover General aspires to eliminate all occupational injuries and incidents. This requires active engagement and progressive improvement in competencies and performance by all employees in how we identify and manage hazards and risks associated with our work.

Purpose

  • Cover General has adopted a Health, Safety and Environment Management System (HSEMS) to support the Corporate Health, Safety and Environment Policy. Use of the HSEMS throughout the Company will assure that the HSE policy and principles are applied consistently to all operations. The HSEMS is a management 
  • Tool to achieve the Company’s commitment to conduct its business in a way that protects the health
  • And safety of its employees, contractors and the public and is environmentally responsible. This document describes a comprehensive HSEMS for the Company. The HSEMS consists of elements that contain specific principles and expectations. The principles and expectations communicate corporate expectations. Each business unit will determine for themselves how best to meet these expectations by setting their own priorities and addressing the expectations. The HSEMS will ensure that all business units conduct business in accordance with the HSE Policy. For the Management System to be successful, employees should have an appropriate understanding of the process and their accompanying responsibilities within it. Managers are responsible for establishing programs and procedures to meet these principles and expectations.

Quality Control System

Purpose

The Standard Quality Assurance Plan (hereinafter referred to as “Standard QA Plan”) for Rhino holding building wooden planks & Gate work provides specification, procedure, and Illustrative details to comply with the requirements, The Quality assurance requirement described in this Standards QA Plan are intended to promote safety and welfare by standardizing Inspection, tests, and all other applicable measures that ensure substantial compliance with the code performance objectives of steel moment frame connection.

Responsibility

The Project Manager is responsible for provision, preparation, & review the approved/release of the process, control the documents and assign the inspector to inspect, examine and follow the test steps. The supervisor is responsible for the preparation, availability and control the demands of fabrication plan according to the approved/release progress documents and strictly follow the plan and report the progress according to the documents. The shop or site manager is responsible for the adherence of the progress and controls the documents during execution and inspection of fabrication process.

Procedure And Equipment

Special process is executed in accordance with approved / released process controlling documents and is carried out by qualified persons. Process controlling document are prepared, approved and in case confirmed by specialist concerned. The Project Manager shall accept such documents. Maintenance and use of special process equipment is the responsibility of the shop or of the Site Manger.

Non-Destructive Examination

A non-destructive test (NDT) procedure specification shall be prepared by component NDT personnel and approved by the NDT supervisor, jointly with the Project Manager. The NDT supervisor is responsible for the compliance with the applicable NDT procedure or instruction. The qualification of the NDT supervisor and NDT personnel shall correspond to the applicable project requirements and specifications. The NDT supervisor shall maintain the NDT personnel qualification records. The NDT procedure specification or instruction along with the applicable revision shall be available to the NDT examines. The NDT supervisor shall assess the NDT results.
